Let's wake up....
For years and years we were sold that carbs are good.... that we need cereal and milk and why not cookies for breakfast.... But now we are becoming more aware, now the information is out and ONLY available to those that want to see the reality the way it is.
So now.... drums roll.......
FAT IS OUR FRIEND.
Period.
Now we are learning more and more and realizing the hidden carbs, the hidden sugars.... how to read labels ( that will be another blog)
Now we know the biggest benefits of eating healthy fats and LOW carbs:
- Increase focus
-Increase energy
- Lower sugar labels
- Reduce cravings to 0
- Say bye bye to Cholesterol
- And so many more....
The Ketogenic WOE and WOL is gaining so many fans and the reason is because of all those reasons above and the biggest reason of all is that we brake up with the relationship that we have with food that was feed by our family in the past and now that relationship is our foundation, we eat when we are hungry, when we are not, when we are sad, when we are bored, we eat when someone dies, when someone born..... you name it, WE EAT, and generally the foods we eat are artificial processed and far from REAL NUTRITIONAL FOODS.
Tomorrow I will add more info about how our metabolism reacts to all this real foods and how we can turn from sugar burners to fat burners in a matter of 24 hours.
So when we give this WOL (WAY OF LIFESTYLE) a try a whole new world opens up and it is really really beautiful, the new HOPE and BELIEVE we can achieve something we want so bad like being healthy becomes real, becomes POSSIBLE.
