I am all that BUT first I am a survivor. I was so depressed 4 years ago I couldn't take it anymore. I found myself trying to reinvent ME, who I was. I was lost. I really didn't know who I was, what I like, how should I be.
I found myself finding a home based fitness program that changed my life.
I grew up in Argentina in a family that was great but overprotected me so much that at age 20 I didn't know what fear was, obstacles, discipline nor hard work. I learned the hard way.
I moved to USA in 1998 following what I felt was my first love but didn't workout. We still are friends and I always be grateful to him for helping me, he helped me with my starting point in the US.
Later in life I found my love that balance and loves me the way I am and we had 2 kids, a boy and a girl. We moved to Italy for 5 years and here is where finally I found myself.
Was hard and still is but I won't change a thing.
After 4 years I can say I am ME. I love myself and I am proud who I was and I am. Now I help others.
